Materials/Components
To ensure the superior quality of our products, we use imported raw materials from USA, Korea, Japan, and Taiwan.

Procedures/testing Details
Our QC procdures include:
Incoming quality control (IQC)
In-process quality control (IPQC)
Final quality control (FQC)
Quality assurance (QA)

Our professional QC engineers set up QC specifications for each item for manager's approval. Before production, QC engineers check all the testing instruments, and IQC engineers check all the parts according to AQL STD. During the production process, PQC engineers check the injected parts every hour and IPQC engineers check the products in process. Finally, FQC engineers check the finished products randomly before shipment.
